I missed my connection in Denver; hotels were hard to find. Did a quick Google search and SnapTravek was competing with the big names Priceline, Orbit, etc. I took the bait. Got to the hotel after midnight only to find I had no reservation. They charged my card 3X! Thankfully Barclay MC took it off but I warn any now – they’re scammers 100%

After booking through Snaptravel, I arrive at the hotel only to find that the card they use to reserve is expired. After speaking with them a few times and having to sit in the lobby, not being allowed in my room until it was resolved, I was finally able to complete the reservation. What was the compensation for my hassle and inconvenience? Twenty percent off of my next booking. Nothing for the reservation that they screwed up. Why in the world would I go through this company again? It was not worth the hassle. Never again.

Just like Viagogo and Gotogate we have reviewed, Customers seem to be disappointed about Snaptravel.

Conclusion

From the foregoing, it is clear that Snaptravel is not a reliable company just like Viagogo which we reviewed earlier, Customers should be wary of such sites as their aims are to rip off unsuspecting Customers.
