There are so many negative reviews from customers online about Gototgate.
No customer service here! Ive beel calling them for hours just to get a confirmation mail and that seems to be impossible… what a waste, I do not know why companies like gotogate still exist.

he airline cancelled my flight – GotoGate does not provide refund nor rebooking nor anything. They stole my money. Have had more than 20 calls with customer service worthless.

Just like Viagogo that we have reviewed, Customers seem to be disappointed about this site and have called it for what it is a SCAM!
Customers have complained that they were sold invalid tickets too.
Conclusion
