What Is This Class Action All About?

The settlement benefits all individuals who were transported between jails, FULLY RESTRAINED, by INMATE SERVICES CORPORATION (“ISC”) on a company van at any time between FEBRUARY 11, 2016, and MARCH 31, 2023 for 24 HOURS OR MORE without being permitted to get out of restraints and sleep overnight, lying down, YOU ARE A MEMBER OF THE SETTLEMENT CLASS AND ENTITLED TO COMPENSATION under a proposed settlement of the above-captioned case against ISC.

How To Be Part of This Settlement

IF YOU DO NOT SUBMIT A CLAIM BY THE DUE DATE OR OPT-OUT OF THE SETTLEMENT, YOU WILL NOT BE COMPENSATED AND YOU WILL BE BARRED FROM EVER COLLECTING DAMAGES OR COMPENSATION FROM ISC.
