I order a sweatshirt and I got a silk shirt and now there is no full refund or exchange and they are arguing that the shirt that I got is the same than the one they posted on FB. I email them their advertisement with a picture of what I got and still saying it is the same. Just by looking both at them you can easily see the differences. Been almost a month that I’m asking them to send me the already paid sweatshirt. I asked them to send a return label they don’t want to because the freight is too expensive. Now I’m paying for their mistake by sending me the wrong order and I’m still asking them for my sweatshirt. That company should be reported to business bureau if they can’t provide good services to their customers.

I had the exact same issue. The ‘sweatshirt’ was thin, HUGE in size, and not the color I had ordered. After a few weeks of trying to secure a refund or exchange return, they refused stating they sent the right product. I sent photos of the sweatshirt. Their ‘big offer’ was $7.00, they started at $3.00. When I finally ‘agreed’ they ghosted me. My shipment came from Halmstad,30259,Sweden, not the US. I hope when I donate it someone can find a use for it, and cut it up for dusting cloths. Expensive ‘experience’ and will be more careful when purchasing from a new company. Agree, should be reported to Better Business Bureau as they refuse to comply with replacement.

Supposedly being shipped from turkey, but actually arrived from made in China and no pockets.

I ordered two t-shirts from this online store. I guess I should feel lucky that I actually received the correct items. However, the shirts both were super small, like 2-3 sizes smaller than the size listed. I contacted their customer support. What a joke!! Their first resolution was for me to give the shirts to someone else. When I said that was not satisfactory, they offered me 2 USD and said I could keep the shirts. I paid $55 with shipping & handling. The situation is still unresolved. This company is a huge scammer!! Don’t order from them!!
