If Class Members do not want to participate in the airbag class action lawsuit settlement but wish to retain their legal standing against Volkswagen or Audi, they must submit an exclusion or objection request by Feb. 14, 2022.

What Is The Pay For This Settlement?

The pay for this settlement is up to $500. Reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses related to the Takata airbag inflator recall or cash payments of up to $500. The proof of purchase is the VIN number, model, and model year of affected vehicles along with documentation of out-of-pocket expenses related to the airbag recalls.
