Haven’t received the deposit i made 10 days ago and the customer supports doesn’t know what to say.

First, the customer support randomly says the money is refunded and then later on says that I haven’t added a bank account so it can’t be refunded. I made the payment through UPI, so I know for a fact that the INR deposit can either be put into my vauld wallet or returned to my bank account using the saved UPI linked to my vauld account. This is just poor service.

To all reading this, proceed with caution. Vauld might turn up to be a scam.
