Getting the confirmation e-mail from the USPS and attaching it to your claim is the only way PayPal will side with you, otherwise they will side with the seller since the tracking number says it was delivered. Total scam. They use PayPal and then ship your item near your home address so they can report to PayPal that the item was delivered. No response from any type of trying to reach out to them. Contact the delivery carrier to confirm that the tracking number was not delivered to your address and then PayPal will side with you when you file a claim and you will get a refund. Without the carrier statement they will side with the seller due to it being reported as delivered.
Can confirm that it is a scam. Ordered something at half the regular price it was going for. Knew this was suspect, but was willing to give the sellers the benefit of the doubt because the site was still new, and sources were still unsure about its credibility. Two weeks later and the item still shows as not having been shipped. I was able to file a complaint with PayPal and get my money back, but it sounds like others were not so lucky. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
