Temn is a scam!!!!! I thought it was TEMU and ordered but this temn will take your money and send you a junk ring. When questioned they will tell you they are in an economic crisis and cannot resend but keep the ring as compensation. After 4 responses from them, I had yo tell them to stop harassing. This is a scam site and stay away. I have all the emails.
Sent me a junk ring as well, interesting how they manipulated 17track to show delivery of the original tracking number after I told them they sold me shipping insurance. My original tracking was usps AG248812879CN of course USPS never received the package. After the: due to economic crisis and the logistics company is so tired because of thousands of orders they made a mistake. I’m so sick of being scammed!
I have daily screenshots of side by side USPS and 17track and dozens of emails from them telling lie after lie. I’m really interested in how 17track is in on this scam as well.
AVOID TEMN.SHOP You think you are on TEMU but you are not.
At least they sent you something they just took my money.
Same thing happened to me. I received a junk ring and never received my order and they won’t return my money. They are a scam, don’t buy from them!
First they were ignoring my emails, then sent me the tracking number that shows the delivery 2 days after I have placed the order.. then apologized and said that my order was shipped to the wrong address and asked me if I have received the ring.. ? I told them that I have- which explained the strange delivery. And after mentioning that the company is in economic crisis have offered me 30% compensation and keep the “ mistaken ring” .. I have to say this is a very well planned scam enterprise!
I too ordered from them under the impression it was TEMU. I on the other hand have had no response from them, although reading through this may explain why I have 3 rings I never ordered. It seems each time I send them an email I get ring? I will have to try again and see if I get another one.
I to ordered merchandise through them . I sent many emails. All were answered but provided no content that addressed my inquiries. They finally got sick of me sending them emails and said they are giving me a refund minus shipping costs. I again sent an email asking what the shipping insurance was for then. Waiting on that response
