Customer Complaints

Customers who shopped from this store have left reviews online stating that they received an entirely different item from what they ordered. And all efforts to contact the store for a refund proved abortive.

Bought a backpack and paid extra for expedited shipping. After a week it still was not shipped. I emailed and they said they didn’t even have it in stock and to have patience. I’m sure they don’t know what expedited even means. They tried to only give me a 10% refund and told me to keep waiting until they had it in stock. I canceled entirely and found the same item on Amazon for $40 less and free shipping. They sound like a bunch of scammers

  1. I bought a wireless dog fence from souljuicer.com. I paid $122 dollars for this as a gift for someone else, and when I needed a return and refund on the product they told me that because I didn’t have freight insurance they didn’t want the product back. They said the best they could do is give me a 8% refund back or a 10% discount for the next product I bought from them. I forgot the reason I wanted to send the product back is because it didn’t work! Don’t buy from souljuicer they are a SCAM

  5. Souljuicer is a scam. I didn’t read the reviews before ordering. I have a habit of believing in people. My bad. I ordered an ultrasound squirrel deterrent the ground squirrels keep eating the wiring in my car. I gave these thieves $70.00. That is a lot of money from someone who is retired and living on $1200. It had to come out of my food budget. I feel like a fool and a little hungry.

  6. I bought size 12 shoes from them. They sent size 9. I have requested a RMA 3 times and have not gotten one. They say they made a mistake but I have to get the RMA and pay to ship them to China. Shoes were $46. Shipping to China is about $66. The return address on the package is here in the states but I must ship them to China?

  7. They scammed me in the same way, by refusing to allow me to return items that were not as advertised. They are not a reputable company, offer zero customer support and will lie to you. The return address on the items I purchased was in Carson California and they told me I needed to send it to China but refused to allow me to return it. Contact your bank and ask them to dispute the charges.
