Thank you. I have learnt to read reviews before purchasing as scams work well to make you want to buy a product. I was just filling in my info when I googled the product reviews. Sonoshine ad was very convincing except for the minor English mistake in a positive review which started me wondering.

Keep your hands off this company! I had a similar experience as my previous reviewer. I ordered in September, but then I had doubts about the quality of the goods, so I cancelled the order. I was advised by support not to accept the parcel.
It took a long time to get it to me (maybe a month) but it took even longer to get it back. I asked again and again. But they wrote that it’s still in transit and they can’t transfer my money until the package is back. Although I had actually cancelled within the correct period.
But I didn’t want to open a paypal case right away, because I thought they were making an effort, because the support was always there and wrote in a friendly way. In the meantime (March), the package seems to have arrived, but my money has not been transferred to me. When I asked again, the support wrote that I should open a dispute with paypal. This is the only way to get my money back. Yes: why be simple when it can be complicated?! But of course it was intentional, because in the meantime paypal has run out of time for complaints.
That’s strategy and so I lost 83€…
