What Is This Class Action All About?
SEPTA hasn’t admitted any wrongdoing but agreed to pay an undisclosed sum to resolve the data breach class action lawsuit.
Under the terms of the SEPTA settlement, class members can receive up to $1,000 in reimbursement for documented data breach-related expenses. Reimbursement payments may include compensation for up to four hours of lost time at a rate of $25 per hour, for a maximum lost-time payment of $100.
