The Ruvio 1-800 number was called by me. They got all my info then commenced to try to get me to buy another vacuum for a friend, then asked me to buy another vacuum with a more powerful motor. I found this on tv , I ordered 2, received only one both were 383.00. Plus only picks up fine dust. Just seen every where there selling 59.00- 99.00 .
My Rubio stick vacumn will not charge so I can not use it. I asked to return it or get a completely different one They want to send a new charger. I think it has been 2 weeks and I have. Not received it. They sold me. The higher powered motor. They told me to try to charge it up in the car. It also says hassle free return. I wasn’t allowed to return it. They want to send a new part. Never received.
