The class action lawsuit claims this misuse of personal information violated Illinois’ Right of Publicity Act.

RocketReach hasn’t admitted any wrongdoing but agreed to a $1.59 million settlement to resolve the privacy class action lawsuit settlement.
Under the terms of the settlement, class members can receive an equal share of the net settlement fund. Each claimant is estimated to receive between $146 and $243, but actual payments may be higher or lower depending on the number of participating class members.
