The lawsuit is captioned Goldstein v. Henkel Corporation and Thriving Brands LLC, Case No. 3:22-cv-00164, pending in the United States District Court, District of Connecticut. The Defendants deny that it violated any law but have agreed to the Settlement to avoid the costs and risks associated with continuing this case.

You are included in this Settlement as a Settlement Class Member if, in the United States, you purchased one or more of the Covered Products between November 19, 2018 and June 8, 2023 for personal, family or household use, and not for resale.

Who Is Eligible?

This settlement benefits all individuals in the United States who purchased certain Right Guard antiperspirant aerosol and spray products between November 19, 2018 and June 8, 2023, you could get benefits from a class action settlement.

How To Be Part of This Settlement

For class member to partake in this settlement, class members must submit a valid claim form on the settlement website by October 14, 2023.

You can choose to opt out of the Settlement and receive no payment. This option allows you to sue, continue to sue, or be part of another lawsuit against the Defendants related to the legal claims resolved by this Settlement. You can elect your own legal counsel at your own expense.

If you do not opt out of the Settlement, you may object to it by writing to the Court about why you don’t like the Settlement. You may also ask the Court for permission to speak about your objection at the Final Approval Hearing. If you object, you may also file a claim for a payment.

The deadline for the objection and exclusion for this settlement is October 14, 2023.

What Is The Pay For This Settlement?

The pay for this settlement varies and the proof of purchase is necessary.

If you fail to file vakid and timely claim, unless you opt out of the settlement, you are automatically part of the Settlement.
