Suspicious/ Outrageous Discounts
The outrageous discount prices on the website are too good to be true and serves as a red flag also showing that the store is scam.
Plxmas has listed its contact address on its website as No.261, Xinzhoutang Road, Yuncheng Village, Zhouxiang Town, Cixi City, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province,315300. However a thorough search proved that this address is associated with various scam online stores. This is suspicious and shows that Plxmas.com is hiding its information from its buyers. It is also suspicious as genuine stores always provide accurate information on its site. This is a red flag and an indicator that it is a scam store.
Customers who shopped from this store have left reviews online stating that they received an entirely different item from what they ordered. And all efforts to contact the store for a refund proved abortive.
Total scam! Took my money! Didn’t ship anything. Kept my money! No communication! No refund! Slanty eyed little cock sucker! Zero stars!Tim
TOTAL SCAM ! Ordered pool chemicals, received ankle socks. They said they’d resend, that shipment got lost in California. They then said they’d resend and send a tracking# when it ships, of course I never received the number. They no longer respond to emails.JM
PLXMAS that sells on-line Pool Supplies is a Scam out of China. Ordered 50lb. Chlorine Tablets on Aug 4, 2021. Tracking showed it made it to Chicago then was reported “lost” on Sep 15, 2021. Had them resend order. This time tracking reported it made it to our hometown of Tampa on Dec 4,2021 then reported “Lost”. After many emails, we demanded a full Refund. An “Allan Morgan” ( great American Name, but a Chinese person clearly typing the broken english emails) who had been responsding tried to negoitiate a reduced refund. Of course we said “No, we need a full Refund”. Then no more replies. I reported this to the BBB and State Attorney’s Office. They repsoned that we had been scammed. Because it is “out of China” they can’t do much. Anything with PLXMAS is a scam, spare yourself the wasted money and grief!!!!Jeff
There are no customer reviews on the site, this is suspicious as every genuine store always leave an option for customer reviews.
Plxmas.com has stolen most of its contents, product images from various online stores.
This is quite common with scam online stores. They pass off products as original, but in reality customers receive cheap knockoff and have no means of returning it.
Is Plxmas.com Scam Or Legit?
From these critical points noted above, Plxmas.com has a lot of red flags.
Just like various scam online stores, it uses cheap discount prices to lure customers. However when they place order they receive an entirely different item or a low grade of what was ordered while some unfortunate customers get nothing at all. This is a classic example of a bait and switch scam.
From every indications, it is clear that Plxmas.com is not a genuine online store. It has a poor trust score and as such is not recommended by us.
