If the repairs were conducted at a Nissan dealership, class members can receive reimbursement for 100% of out-of-pocket expenses. 

If the repairs were not conducted at a Nissan dealership, class members can receive reimbursement for 100% of out-of-pocket expenses up to $5,000.

Who Is Eligible?

The settlement benefits all class members who have a 2002 through 2006 Nissan Altima or a 2004 through 2008 Nissan Maxima currently registered in Missouri or registered in Missouri at the time they conducted repairs related to an allegedly defective floor pan.
