Under the terms of the Medical Review Institute of America settlement, class members can receive up to $700 for documented out-of-pocket losses incurred as a result of the data breach. This $700 payment cap includes lost time payments for up to three hours of lost time at a rate of $20 per hour. Other losses covered by the settlement include, but are not limited to, bank fees, communication charges, travel expenses and credit expenses.

Class members may be able to recover additional compensation for extraordinary data breach losses, including fraudulent charges or identity theft losses.

Who Is Eligible?

The settlement benefits individuals who received a data breach notice form Medical Review Institute of American (MRIA) regarding a security incident MRIA learned about on Nov. 9, 2021. All class members are eligible to receive 30 months of free credit monitoring services from the settlement.

How To Be Part of This Settlement
