Order placed Jan 28th 2023. Still have not received. Sent email to cancel order & refund my money. No response from Lilgurls.
Order placed Feb 01 – still have not received anything — I just received an email stating the item was shipped on Mar 09th – there was a tracking information link (another carrier) when I followed the link – it took me to a phony progress bar – they are stringing me along – Facebook should be fined for allowing this company to continue posting their advertisements for 4 months straight. This is a total fraud and needs to be stopped.
February 22 2023 I ordered a dress ,still no dress,,then February 24 2023 I ordered 3 shirts ,still no shirts, can not get them to answer my e mail.i spent 82 dollars with them and have recieved ,nothing.

I ordered 3 blouses from lilygurls and received a blouse I didn’t order and a different size to boot. Can’t reach them. I have been scammed, shame on me. Never again. !!!!!!!😠
I ordered a blouse from Lilygurls, my usual size, which was WAY too small. I attempted a return using their instructions of email and order #, which I cut & pasted from an email THEY sent me and it stated my order # and email didn’t match. I then sent an email to customer service and never got a reply. Do not waste your time and money! SCAM!
I ordered 3 dresses from Lilygurls.com. Two were too large (one looked like a maternity dress) and the third one was too small. When I phone them, there is only a busy signal, no matter what time of day I call. I’ve emailed three times, requesting instructions on how to return my items and no response, this being over the course of 16 days since I received the order and still absolutely no answer from them. After 20 days they do not accept merchandise for return. I’m so terribly disappointed!!!
I bought from them over a month ago, have tried contacting them to find out when it would be shipped but got no response.
Luckily i paid with Paypal & lodged a dispute – 48 hours later i received an email saying my money had been fully refunded.
