Oh I ordered two pair and they both arrived quickly and looked great. I actually really liked the navy blue with the white soul better than the dark gray with the light gray strip. Initially they felt comfortable, however after a short time wearing them less than a few hours my toe to ache ache because of the way the shoes are made. It’s almost like the heel is taller and you are walking on your toes. I really really wanted to enjoy the shoe but unfortunately they were just too painful. The return was not super easy and that I kept having to email several times and stay on top of it but in the end I was able to get a full refund.
The 45 day wear test and return policy seems to be a scam. You have to get an authorization code to send them back but you can’t contact anyone to get the code. I sent an email but no response. I just disputed the charge with American Express. I’d be happy to send the shoes back but they don’t even give you an address where you can do that. They say they have 24/7 customer service but that’s definitely not true.
