  1. I would like to report that Fosterry shoes do not fit the size that Americans are accustomed to wearing. A Men’s size 10 shoe is in reality a size smaller. When trying to exchange or return I was first told that they did not want them back and to give them to someone else. They made no offer to compensate. With a follow-up they came back with a 30% refund offer (which I highly doubt I would ever receive) and a 10% discount on another pair. This company is not a legitimate merchandising company and I would highly suggest never buying anything from them.

  2. sizing is incorrect for USA sizes… they do not respond in 24 hours as they promise… when they do respond it’s by e-mail only, no phone number is listed any where….their response is : we filled the order as ordered… if you want to return (to Hong Kong ) shipping is on you… sorry I ever bought from this scam company

  3. Stay away from this one. I had the same experience as Gary and Steve. The wrong size. The menu is for American sizes but the actual sizes are European. A refund is only possible after paying for shipping back to Hong Kong at my expense. I tried to leave a review on their website and was told i could not as there is no record of having made a purchase. Also, interesting, a different version of the same shoe obviously by the same company is displayed with a company name Fanniey. What a mistake.

  4. My shoes were also at least 2 sizes smaller than what I ordered. I also got the take 30% possible refund and give them as a gift to someone else. After I refused that they told me I had to ship them back to China at my expense and I would get a refund it the shoes ever showed up there. My shoes were shipped to me from Cedar Grove, NJ. The quality of the shoes is also questionable as they look cheap. I’m done ordering anything from China as there is always a problem. Conclusion: the product is of questionable quality, the return GUARANTEE is a total lie, and they are a scam company passing off mediocre Chinese products to unwitting American suckers. Don’t buy from them!

  5. My experience with Fosterry is similar to others. Shoes were delivered one size too small. Customer service only available via email, no 1-800 number…cannot talk to a person. Return of products have to be to an address in Hong Kong at my expense. Product is cheap and stitching for pull tab at back of shoe ripped on first use. DO NOT order from this website. Its a Chinese scam…..I have also seen the same products from web sites with site different names, so buyer beware.

  6. Same problem as with the other people. Size ordered and size received a size to small. Been emailing back and forth and they talk in circles. Contacted CC company and filed a claim. Pay Pal now involved and is denying a credit and saying I must contact my original CC company which I did. I did get a credit on the $7.55 shipping charge now working on the rest. I learned my lesson and won’t do it again. Had a brain fart not checking reviews before purchase which I do most of the time.

  7. I ordered two pairs of Fosterry shoes 3 weeks ago for Father’s Day. No delivery. No way to track. I must conclude Fosterry is a fraud.

  8. The big issue is shoe size. I got my 10 1/2 US size that I ordered but they are uncomfortably small. They use EU 44. I was able to contact them and was told the same BS. Give them to someone else. Send them to Hong Kong at your expense. These shoes are manufactured in China. They are not hand stiched as they claim. They are cheap shoes. If you still want to buy get one size larger, then you will have a pair of cheap, CCP, shoes that fit for awhile.

    Bad company…

  9. I ordered shoes from them that were about two sizes too small when I got them. When I complained, they said I got the size I ordered, which is ridiculous (total CYA). Then they told me that I could either give them to someone else or jump through all kinds of hoops to send them back for a refund, via an address in Hong Kong that they emailed to me. The address was extremely cryptic: To “Linda” at such and such address in Hong Kong. Sending them back to an international address cost almost as much as I had paid for the shoes themselves. Then, low and behold, a couple of weeks later, the shoes were returned to me because “address does not exist”. So, a lot of money down the drain for nothing but hassle. This is nothing but a scam.

  10. Replying again as I have met with no results of getting a refund. CC company even reversed the shipping charges that I received credit for. What a POS company and impossible to stop payment. To all of you, if you don’t change the credit card you used, at least contact your credit card company to put a block on this company because they could come back and charge you again since they have the number.

  11. After reading the above, my experiences with this company mirror the same. “Ordered a a 12-wide, but when they finally arrived, I couldn’t get them even half way onto my feet.”
E-mailed the given address three times in the past six weeks………………….no response!
Will try some of the methods of retrieving my $$$. If not, I’ll procure someone in the family whose feet fit the shoes, or donate them to charity.

  12. I wish I would have seen these reviewed before I ordered then sent me all shoes that were to small as well.

Shoes were not “arch supported” and undersized, they were ordered in the US, shipped from New Jersey, but they do not want them back, so they only give you the option to mail yourself to Hong Kong and will probably say they never make it there.

Shoes were not “arch supported,” very “undersized,” and cheaply made. They were ordered in the US, shipped from New Jersey, but they do not want them back, so they only give you the option to mail to Hong Kong and will probably say they never make it there and then not refund your money. It cost more to ship back than what the shoes cost. Talk about a SCAM!
