How did you return your item? I trying to do that, with no success. They keep trying to give me credit or a partial.refund, and will not share their return address.

I was scammed by FlyCurvy….Purchased dresses for a special wedding and rehearsal dinner. They did not arrive in time, though I had put a note on the original purchase of the date I needed the merchandise received by. I had to go out in a rush the night before the event and purchase in New Hartford. After returning from the trip, I received the dresses a couple of weeks later. I tried them on, but they did not fit either. The only way to contact them is through an e-mail, which then you are at the mercy of them responding. They decided that they would give me two choices when they finally responded. I could keep the merchandise and they would give me 50% off my next order, or I could keep the merchandise and receive 20% of the amount of the order of about $300. I am still trying to get them to be honest and allow the return of the items with a full refund, but still waiting to hear back from them. Do not order from them unless you want to set yourself up to be scammed. They have stolen money by not allowing me to return these items, and fully returning my money. They would not pay for sending the returns back, but I can swallow that…just want my money back for the merchandise that I want to return.
Try telling them that you will contact your bank and dispute the charges. That has worked for me in the past when all else has failed.
Going through the same process as you. Ordered an outfit for a wedding. It arrived did not like the quality or fit and wanted to return it. There was no return invoice with it so had to email them. Still waiting on a reply. This company should be banned from Facebook that is where I saw it.
I ordered from them. I did receive the item. However it was not what I expected. All I can say is read the return policy very carefully, there are alot of reasons not qualified for returns. I recommend not ordering from them. As they do not owner returns.

After seeing tons of their ads on Facebook and a bunch of seemingly positive reviews, I ordered a formal dress and a top from them. The dress I received was NOT even close to the quality of dress that I thought that I was ordering from the 20 pictures on their site for it. (The materials listed dont match what I received either.) The lining and outer layers dont even match/fit one another. This is a ripoff! I’ve contacted them for a refund but my hopes arent very high given what I received after waiting a month for the dress to get here. (Still havent received the top but my expectations have diminished for it being wearable now.)
Awful customer service. Major ordeal to make a return….then in lieu of returning, they will offer further discount… I will not waste any further money and time with them, rather will donate to Goodwill. Quality is also inferior.
