Can I give it negative stars Can I give it negative stars? Signed up for the free .50 cent trial. Was charged $39.99 and immediately contacted them and no recourse. Just says it’s stated in their policy. Obviously if you have an unhappy customer you would gladly refund. It’s a scam and I’m turning it over to a legal team. Oh yes. No phone number included. All you can find when looking for phone number is your vague address in Cyprus.

Nope

I signed up for 7 days trial and they charged me 129usd for for 1 week. Total SCAM. Stsy away. and of course their refund policy is non refundable. They offered me lifetime subscription but how you can trust company who is lying from the first week. Going to complain to PayPal and credit card as well.

Other reviews by subscribers on Trustpilot were mostly negative as well.

Poor app and usability, reminders do not alert you when to eat/drink or exercise, meal planning is not synced to options selected even when changing, recipes are poor, no daily calorie target to reach weight loss goal, constant reminders to drink water, even after daily goal is reached.
Overall poor experience. Do Not Recommend.

  1. It’s completely misleading. What they advertise and what they offer in their app is completely different. If you think that you can have some focused exercises for certain muscles you are wrong. It’s all generic exercises that you can find for free. The ads and app combo is a scam.

  2. It’s a scam. No transparency at all. Their aim is to hook you up for an endless subscription even if you only signed for 7 days trial. It is an auto-renewal without your knowledge. Unless you’re smart enough to cancel your subscription once you realized this is not working for you, you will find yourself at the short end of a stick. All payments are non-refundable.

Only purchased this app for 1 month.
Then realised they have taken the money for the second month too.I explained that I only purchased for one month. They say this payment is auto renewable and cannot be refunded. They offered me a life time subscription which I don’t need.

  4. It is a good app for beginners. At least it has keep been keeping me in movements when time is difficult. It is a good choice to combine with gym. If it is difficult to go out, the app works. Objective promised is in good progress but I do not know if I will renew.I will check more options but for sure this app is easy to use.
Once I bought the subscription I immediatly cancelled it in order to avoid unwanted renewal since sometimes I forgot to do it later. I try to find the exit door with every app when I start.

  5. SCAM. The sales techniques employed by FitCoach are dishonest. The product is difficult to understand, and the exercises are poorly explained. On their checkout page, they offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, which if you do not finish the lengthy terms, they will not honor unless the exercises are ineffective. They failed to disclose this information on the checkout page, where they only mention the 30-day guarantee. When I requested a refund, they canceled my account and stated, “Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill your refund request. As per our Refund Policy, all transactions are final, and we do not issue any refunds once a purchase has been made.” After extensive communication, they acknowledged that a refund is available in cases where their incomprehensible exercises do not work. To qualify for a refund, you must provide pictures (which entails sharing personal data) and a recorded plan of your workout (the meaning of which is unclear). I urge you not to make the same mistake I did. I paid $29.95 to these fraudsters for a terrible product and fell victim to a deceitful advertising tactic. If you try to cancel, they will try to persuade you to sign up for a one-year membership. The product is so bad that I would rather lose my $29.95 than have a one-year membership.
