There are several complaints of a poor customer service. Customers have complained of the terrible customer service.
Pathetic company, pathetic customer service, failed to deliver my order and when i contacted them and spoke to a very rude, unprofessional representative by the name of Nikki, extremely unhelpful and purported to shift blame that i had failed to give the right address which is inaccurate! Sad excuse of a company, do NOT use this company!
