I ordered 5 shirts after carefully reviewing their size chart. I received 5 shirts, 4 that I ordered and one that I didn’t. One was too big, 2 were too small and one fit (all the same size). I emailed them about the issues and was told since the warehouse was in China, I should’ve sized up my order and that it would cost me a lot to return the item(s) and they asked me if I could “just keep it?” There was no acknowledgement about the item I didn’t receive or the item sent in error. I will NEVER order from this place again!!

This is the second time I have ordered from this company the first the sizes were way off way to small. I tried it again ordering 2pants and top. Then my husband also ordered me two more out fits. We filled out our address as 210 Quaker R. South Carolina. While they were being prepared for shopping the address was Changed to 210 Quaker Rd. Illinois. I have written to your service deptand they keep telling me to speak to the post office. I did and they day they can not track something that was never shipped here. This has been going back and forth for weeks I still have no packages. Are you a real company or have I been stung. To the tune of around $150.00. Please reply to me.

I ordered from Ellwen June 17, 2022 never recieved the order and the tracking is fake. I disputed the charge and waiting for a response from my credit card company. Ellwen should be ashamed of themselves. never will I shop online from a compant like Ellwn again. The charge went through Golden Seas which was “fishy” to me. Please be mindful that you have fradulent people out here with nothing better to do.
Bought a top that was described as 100% cotton. It is definately NOT. It is a horrible hard material and the inside always has a rubbery feel. Similar to the backs of ,block out curtain material. There is not o E tag, not even a size tag, which by the way the sizes are way off. Given the fabric it is not wearable on the skin. Next they stated it was embroidered. IT HAS NOT ONE STITCH OF EMBROIDERY, Just a cheap print . Their UK address is fake and in fact doesn’t exist at all. About 30 suspicious companies have the same virtual fake address. Definately chinese sweat shop and curtain fabric. $60au. When U emailed about the address and attached a screenshot of all the scam stores that use it, I got no reply
Ordered a black lace layered dress with silver (mock front) lace jacket and lace arms. Received cheap fabric blue dress with printed on buttons no layering and no lace. To avoid disappointment DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Luckily I paid by PayPal and they refunded immediately.
