I ordered the ladies beach shoes on 06/30/2022, which I have never received. And reading the previews several other customer’s have NOT received their shoes either. Were we SCAMED? Please send back the MONEY or SHOEs, goodness

Actually got the sandals I ordered 6 weeks ago in the mail today. Plastic garbage. I’ve just sent an email asking about the return policy but not hopeful for a reply. Out $70 for garbage due to my lack of research.
Got my shoes fairly quickly, compared to some–ordered July 17, came in July 28. However, they are NOT worth the $49.98, plus tax paid. They are cheap plastic shoes with cheap stitching. They look cute and are somewhat comfy–but if at the store…would’ve never paid that price. I’m sure they spent no more than $5.00 on materials. Save money and go to DSW.
I unfortunately ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Dotmalls. They do not fit in the toe area and are very uncomfortable.Basocally,they are cheapy made. I wrote an email on 3/9 and received an answer that I had to return the shoes to China costing $60. -$8o their warehouse and they would refund $8. They were sent to me from Vernon, Calif. This is a Scam and I am contacting Better Business.
