This settlement benefits all consumers who have or had a checking account with Desert Financial Credit Union and who were charged an unrefunded overdraft fee between June 1, 2014, and Nov. 1, 2017, on a transaction that was authorized with a sufficient balance but settled with an insufficient balance. 

How To Be Part of This Settlement

No claim form is required to benefit from the settlement. Class members who received a settlement notice will automatically receive a settlement payment if they do not opt out. 

The deadline for exclusion is July 14, 2023. The deadline for objection is Aug. 18, 2023.
