This is suspicious and shows that Crownkof.com is hiding its information from its buyers. It is also suspicious as genuine stores always provide accurate information on its site. This is a red flag and an indicator that it is not a reputable store.
Customer Complaints
Customers who shopped from this store have left reviews online stating that they received an entirely different item from what they ordered. And all efforts to contact the store for a refund proved abortive.
It’s a scam. I tried to buy a gas grill from them. Never arrived. Emailed CrownKof. No response. Submitted dispute with PayPal. CrownKof responded that the item had already been delivered to me, and provided PayPal with a USPS tracking number for another item delivered to another address in town. PayPal relied on the tracking number provided by CrownKof and closed the dispute without allowing me to respond. Note that the online USPS Tracker only shows the town of delivery … not the address. I submitted a lost package claim with USPS. USPS investigated and found that the tracking number provided by CrownKof was a delivery of another item to another address in town. PayPal would not reopen my dispute saying that their closure cannot be reopened. I beleive that CrownKof mailed a low cost item to an unsolicited random address in town in order to use the tracking number from that other delivery as a ruse to defraud me and fool PayPal into closing my dispute. Now I am disputing the charge on my credit card. Ugh!

This is a true SCAM. I unfortunately purchased an outdoor chair set and never received it. I tried several times to contact them, and left several text messages on their website. Also, I paid through paypal and the money is going to a Coreen Goldsworthy in Australia. I’m continuing to do my due diligence until I get my money back.

This is quite common with scam online stores. They pass off products as original, but in reality customers receive cheap knockoff and have no means of returning it.

Lackt.com is also a scam I believe that some of these sights are from the same scammer. The prices and the pictures are the same. Seen the same things happening from each one. I wanted to tell u that lackt.com is a scam to add to your list of online stores who arent legit. I bpught a rocker chair from this site and I recived and receipt for my purchase and a tracking number dating for 2 weekd of the shipping of the item butnit stopped showing movement 10 days before it shpuldbe been deliveries. They say it takes longer due to covid but it all b.s.. Im upset now I wont have a chair for my sister for her baby. I cancled my card just in case. Now I have to depute it with my bank. But unlike the other sites were PayPal has to be used on Lackt.com u can use debit and credit card.
This company is definitely a scam. As soon as they receive your payment they will remove their contact information. You will not receive any items you order. I made a purchase through PayPal and told them the company was fraudulent but they would not refund my money. STAY FAR AWAY FROM CROWNKOF!!!
I was stupid enough to buy a grill from CrownK and never received anything from them and can’t get a hold of the company.
