I would give negative 10 stars if possible. Do NOT order from this company! If you order from bugmd.com, they automatically sign you up for a renewal subscription. You will end up getting charged & get more product you most likely will not need.
Which means, they keep your credit card information on file. By the time you realize this, you have been charged and more of the useless product is on the way. If you finally cancel, you will NOT get 100% refund – they will keep 15% to 50% of your money. I call this fraudulent type practices, unleashed on the general population. They need to change to auto sign-up to optional sign-up; if not, they need to be shutdown! Boycott bugmd.com!

Boy, I should have read the reviews!! Bugmd DOES NOT WORK!! I had a trail to my dog’s food dish. I sprayed and they scattered but regrouped and came right back. I emailed them to tell them my experience and requesting a refund. Unfortunately, my purchase was over 30 days. I bought it in November 2021 and here it is April 2022. I didn’t have any ants until now.
