I googled before ordering and found positive information so I went ahead with the order. I felt safe because I used PayPal so didn’t give them my credit card information. I ordered a toolbox online for $55 but never received a confirmation but my credit card was charged immediately. I emailed the company and they said wait 3 days…..so I decided to check the reviews – too late! There were many people reporting SCAMS such as getting nothing OR a 25 cent items instead of what they ordered. I reported to my credit card and they issued a temp credit (I also closed the credit card). Bolooktv then contacted me by email to say they were not a scam and I should retract my complaint! They gave me a tracking number which I could not find anywhere – however on 8/11 I received a 15 cent towel from China instead of the $55 toolbox. I believe they ship a cheap item so if you do a track on your order you see something was shipped to give them enough time to sell your info without you suspecting. THIS WEBSITE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP.

I got scammed also. I spent $80.00 on a 60′ charcoal grill in May 2022. Almost a month later, I received an email stating my grill was delivered and placed in my mailbox??WTF!!! The company agreed to re-ship me another grill. 20 more days later, they contacted me stating my grill “WAS LOST/STOLEN” Today is 08/31/2022 and Bolooktv said they refunded my money back to the card I paid with!! But couldn’t give is anything pertaining their transaction. Asking me to contact my bank. LIES!!! It has been over 3mths and my back states they only allow 2 months of purchase to honor a refund..SOOOO, Im out my money..

I ordered a hard cover for a Blackstone grill in May. Every other week I get a generic response. “Your order has been reshipped”. Here is the new tracking number that has not worked from the start of this shit mess. I did receive a white wind breaker worth at least $1.01. Not quite the $79.00 cover. They sure could use some help with people that can read. Maybe hire AMERICANS. Won’ have this much trouble Refund again precious!!!
