They are unresponsive to return requests. I have sent 5 emails directly, submitted 2 emails via contact page, and direct messaged on FB. The quality of the clothing is mediocre. They are based in China which means shipping will take up to a month. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

This is only an online store which had me a bit concerned, but they were amazing. I ordered 2 sizes of the same dress. It took about 3 weeks to come. I fit on the 2X and it fit perfectly! I contacted them to send back and be refunded for the 3X. They gave me instructions and Canada Post tag. I received my refund in 4 days. I was so happy with all aspects of ordering from Bloom Chic. I will definitely order from them again.
