Fake Contact Address
Asjua has listed its contact address on its website as 147-157 St John Street, London England, ECIV 4PW. However a thorough search proved that this address is the address of a suspicious company, XBP International Ltd. and it is being used by various scam online stores. This is suspicious and shows that Asjua.com is hiding its information from its buyers. It is also suspicious as genuine stores always provide accurate information on its site.
There are no customer reviews on the site, this is suspicious as every genuine store always provides an option for honest reviews. The store is also inviting people to ;eave fake reviews on Trustpilot claiming they got what was ordered which is clearly a lie.
Is Asjua.com Scam Or Legit?
The answer to this question is uncertain as not much is known about this store. However there are negative customer reviews about the store online. Some have complained of receiving inferior quality, clothes smaller than their size and others have complained of not receiving anything at all and every means to get a refund proved abortive.
Want to return the items since they are very different then the pictures. The fabric is super thin and all the same for different dresses. Just printed on the outside not on the inside. Did not receive a return label like mentioned on the website. When asked for a return label via the mail since phone number is just a voice mail they said we can refund you $35,- 😂 I paid €200. This is just a fraud. If you want to receive very poor clothes for a lot of money do buy..willems
Wish I had read reviews before ordering! My dress didn’t fit and I asked to exchange the small for a medium. First they offered me $15 to keep the dress. I insisted I didn’t want the dress because it doesn’t fit. They never responded so I emailed again. This time they gave me their “best offer” of $20, or I could pay shipping to mail it to Dubai and wait until they receive it to get my refund. What. A. Scam. Will never shop here again!!!Stephanie
