I needed a power washer for my car, and I stumbled across the Jetnozzle Power Washer. Going through the specification’s and features on the jetnozzleshop.com website, I decided to give it a try. I placed my order on the website ad it arrived in time so I started using it. Well safe to say, I wasted my money. It has no better water pressure than a regular garden hose. In fact, it is just a cheaply made plastic like thing! It is also way overpriced and certainly not worth what they charge. There’s no pressure whatsoever, even the normal hose I had before buying this garbage did a far better job! Totally disappointed!

this piece of shit is made of cheese I haven’t even connected it up and the tube that is made of cheese is bent. Complained about it ,they said send it back for a full refund but we wont be paying for shipping. Its a rip off dont get caught out
Wish I’d have done a bit of research before getting pulled in with the exact same experience. From the “technical” picture they advertise internal flow creating increased pressure, my first test when the product arrived was to look through the wand to clearly see the tiny orifice on the other end. It measures 3/32″ creating a pinpoint stream not even close to being able to clean as advertised. When I made my purchase on line the receipt showed an immediate mark up of $5. for their added warranty which I immediately refused. They did take that back but, just as you found, will not pay for the return shipping. I ordered JetSono with a swirling spray tip as used on my pressure washer, but received JetNozzle without any spray movement other than my wrist. Clearly advertised as a different product. Cust. Service says they sell only one product but I received a product that I didnt even order. Why do I have to pay shipping of a different product? Shipped to me cost $5.00. Shipping back is $15.00. What recourse do I have? They will return my funds and I guess I’ll simply cut my loss for the experience. This is a fraudulent waste of time and I expect theyre getting rich selling this “piece of shit” to so many unsuspecting customers. Home Depot sells a very similar product for $19.99 which I’d recommend for anyone expecting to fine magic at the end of a garden hose.
I wish I had read your post before I bought…I agree 100% with your comments. I had the same experience and the same evaluation of their product and policy. I am required to pay to ship back items I did not order, and was charged for items I did not receive. I am filing a fraud claim with Amex.
Also, just learned that not only do they make you pay for return, but also they deduct from your credit both their S&H. That’s over $50 on an unacceptable $50 purchase. This is not disclosed at the time of purchase, and only after delivery. They rant about your right to return with full refund in the on-line website, then stick it to you after your receive a nozzle that has no “jet” or power to its spray, and is missing parts. This is deceptive trade practices and fraud.
