I have ordered a wool sweater that looked wonderful. I checked the company data and it looked American based so I ordered a size bigger than what I usually have to be sure.
the sweater arrived, a size that would fit my 6 years old granddaughter! the sweater is NOT wool. there isn’t even ONE label: not for size, not for company name, not for origin, not for care: nothing! I contacted the company to return the sweater and be refunded, like they promise on their web site: it turned out that, of course, the company was chinese and they wanted me to return the sweater to China! they offered me a discount and keep the sweather and we had a long discussion until I gave up and accepted the refund of 80%. of course aside from the 20% I lost, there is also the shipping that I paid and was not refunded!
